To cancel reservation:

1. Go to range.discountgunmart.com
2. Login to your account
3. Click "View Your Range Reservations"
4. Click "Cancel Reservation"

Range reservation cancellations by DGM Range Members have no restrictions or penalties. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible for the convenience of others.

Paid range reservation cancellations by non-DGM Range Members (general public) are subject to the following cancellation policies:

• Range reservation cancellations are not refundable.
• Range reservation no-shows are not eligible for reschedule.

IMPORTANT NON-MEMBER Cancellation Note: Cancelled reservations are not automatically rescheduled. You must request a reschedule via email within 24 hours of cancellation. No phone calls. To request a reschedule, email memberservices@discountgunmart.com with the following information:

1) Your name 
2) The email address the reservation was made with 
3) Date / Time / Range location of the reservation 
4) Preferred date/time for rescheduling

OR 

Forward the original reservation confirmation email containing the details needed for rescheduling & specify preferred reschedule date/time (preferred method).
